Privacy Policy

Last updated October 2026.

ParentCoachGuide is a small informational website. It does not sell personal information and does not run advertising trackers. This page explains the limited information involved in visiting the site and subscribing to the newsletter.

Visiting the site

Hosting. The site is hosted by Hostinger. Like most web hosts, Hostinger's servers keep standard access logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. These logs are used to operate and secure the site.

Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those fonts, Google receives your IP address and standard browser information. Google's privacy policy governs that information.

Cookies. The site itself does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising tags.

Checklists. Some guides include checklists you can tick off. Your progress is stored only in your own browser on your own device, using local storage. It is never sent to ParentCoachGuide. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

The newsletter is delivered through Beehiiv. If you subscribe, Beehiiv collects your email address and any choices you make in the signup form, and processes them under its own privacy policy. ParentCoachGuide uses your email address only to send the newsletter. Every issue includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
